If your reservation was booked through a third-party website, any modifications or cancellations must be made directly through that third party. **Cancellation Policy** Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to arrival without penalty. Same-day cancellation may result in first night's room/tax charge. Please note: some rates are non-cancelable and non-refundable. ## Additional Charges & Fees An 8% amenity fee applies to each reservation. This fee supports all on-site amenities we offer \[Wi‑Fi, parking, pool access, fitness center, shuttle service, Manager's Reception, etc.\]. ## Pet Policy Pets are welcome at ClubHouse Hotel & Suites Fargo for a per stay fee of $25, plus taxes and fees. Guests traveling with pets are required to review and sign the pet policy at check-in. If you are traveling with multiple pets, please call us at (701) 282-5777. Service animals are always welcome without fee or documentation and may accompany their owner throughout the hotel. The check-in time at ClubHouse Hotel & Suites Fargo is 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in is available beginning at 1:00 pm for a $15 fee, subject to availability. Late check-out is available until 1:00 pm for $25, subject to availability. Early check-in and late check-out may be reserved in advance through our online booking engine or the [**Enhance Your Stay**](https://www.fargoclubhouse.com/offers-upgrades/enhance-your-stay) page. You may also contact the Front Desk team for assistance adding either option to your reservation. ## Do guest rooms have microwaves and refrigerators? Yes, all guest rooms at ClubHouse Hotel & Suites Fargo have mini-refrigerators, and select room types also feature microwaves. Please note that our mini-refrigerators do not have freezers. However, our team is happy to accommodate a limited number of items upon request. ## Do any guest rooms have hot tubs? No, ClubHouse Hotel & Suites Fargo does not have guest rooms with hot tubs. However, select rooms feature oversized jetted tubs. ## Are housekeeping services available? Daily housekeeping service is available upon **request only**. Please contact the Front Desk by 9:00 am to request service. ## Does ClubHouse Hotel & Suites offer free breakfast? Yes, ClubHouse Hotel & Suites Fargo offers complimentary breakfast daily. Breakfast is served from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. ## What dining options are available? ClubHouse Hotel & Suites Fargo is connected to [**Porter Creek Hardwood Grill**](https://portercreek.com). Room service and online ordering is also available directly through Porter Creek. ## What are the pool hours? Our indoor water playland and hot tub are open Friday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm and Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Pool access is available exclusively to registered hotel guests. We do not offer pool party packages, and outside food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area.
